Kishan is a bright and enthusiastic doctor with a broad range of skills. In particular he can distill complex problems into compact packages to communicate these with others. His demeanor and charisma is endearing and he easily connects with people. He has an astonishing capacity to absorb new information and understands concepts quickly. His own preformed views do not interfere with assimilating newer and information. Multi-tasking, filtering of key information and critical thinking are key skills he possesses. He also has an enormous capacity for work and demonstrates a level of dedication to his interests which few can match.

I first met Kishan when on a work experience placement at Lincoln County Hospital in 2014. He gave me some great advice on my medical school application, as well as some interview practice. Since then, he has taken me under his wing and was there for advice and support through my application, giving me his number so I could contact him at any time. He also follows my progress through medical school and often checks up to see how I'm getting on, and provides educational resources. Kishan has been a huge help to me over the last few years, and it's great to have such a valuable contact! Thanks very much, Adam

Doc Rees is a particularly pleasant and reassuring medic .. so much so that I must admit I sat chatting to him just prior to my departure - after just under an hour in his care in A & E. A young man who carries out his duties highly professionally with a most pleasant outlook on life . I actually asked him if I could have his Email address - just in case my catheter , which was the cause of my visit to A & E - should go pear-shaped again within the near future - it didn't. The N.G.H. is very lucky to have him - and the extremely efficient and cheerful nursing team - that were manning A & E that Saturday afternoon. Kiaora and regards. Roger Arnold Hospital # 517388. What a great guy. My 96 year old mother in-law was admitted to A&E after a fall. The idea of Hospital absolutely terrifies her . Within minutes of talking with Dr. Rees she was completely at ease. A minor miracle in its self. He took the time to explain very simply the tests and treatment being carried out not just to my mother in-law but my wife and I too. We left later that night feeling she was in the best possible hands.

In the three years I have known him, I have looked up to Kishan as a trainer and mentor. He is a role model of professionalism, integrity and empathy. Kishan's innovative methods helped me to refine my entire approach to learning as a medical student, and now as a junior doctor I am grateful for Kishan's ongoing constructive feedback. Kishan is an effective teacher and is driven by his passion for great patient care.
